Administrators see every application in the environment. Other users see their own applications and those shared with their teams.
Create your application

Application details

| Title card | The application name and its status badge (for example Approved). Its menu offers Edit application name, Delete application and Share application |
| Credentials | Status, the credential fields the gateway uses (on Apigee: API key and Secret), and Created. Values are masked; the eye button reveals a value and shows a copy button beside it. Treat credentials like passwords and store them only in secure configuration |
| APIs | The subscribed APIs with their status. + opens Add/Remove APIs |
| App details | Name, App status, Registered date, Developer (owner email) and Teams it is shared with. Its menu opens Share application |
| Share application | Shares the application with a team so teammates use the same registration. Available to the application's owners and to portal administrators |
| Delete application | Removes the application after confirmation |
Credential fields by gateway
Credential fields follow the gateway of the current environment, because Apigee, Gravitee and Azure API Management each issue and store keys and secrets differently. On an Apigee environment the card shows an API key and a Secret. See Supported gateways.
Pending approval
Where the organisation requires approval, a new subscription is shown as pending in the application's APIs table until an administrator approves it under Admin → Pending Approvals; it then reads Approved.
