Manage Settings
Organisation Settings are for administrators. How you reach them depends on your deployment:
- Internal developer portal: open Settings from the gear icon; use the left sidebar (General, E-mail, Catalog, Support, Theming, Logos).
- External (client) portal: there is no Settings sidebar; use the page tabs at the top of Settings instead.
If you never see a Settings entry, ask an administrator for a direct link such as /settings/general.
Change the default language
Open General and use Language settings to configure which languages the portal offers. Those languages should match the locale overlays you publish — see Translated specifications.
Flush the cache
Open General, review the Cache information, and use Flush cache if you need to clear cached data. This can briefly slow the portal while data reloads.
Edit an email template
Open E-mail
Open E-mail (internal developer portal only).
Select a template
Select one of the listed email templates to open Template Details.
Edit and preview
Edit the HTML body, preview, and save.
Configure the catalog
Open Catalog. On the internal portal, use the APIs / MCPs tabs at the top; on the external portal, use the APIs / MCPs rail on the left. For each type, enable the feature flag (MCPs only), configure public/Try it out access, and choose which fields appear on catalogue cards.
Enable public support forms
Open Support and use Enable Support at the top before configuring captcha and rate limits for public forms.
Adjust theming
Open Theming to adjust colours for light and dark mode, pick a theme preset, and fine-tune card and accent colours where offered.
Upload logos
Open Logos and upload the organisation icons used in the portal chrome.
