Perform admin tasks ​

The Admin section is for portal administrators. It appears in the main navigation only for accounts with the administrator role. The Admin menu lists Permission Groups, Logging, Pending Approvals and Environments; the Admin overview page shows the same four as cards.

Approve a pending application ​

Open Pending App Approvals

Select Pending Approvals from the Admin menu. The list shows each application waiting for approval and its environment; use Search to narrow it.

Review the request

Open the application. App details shows the developer who requested it, the environment and the APIs waiting for approval.

Approve or reject

Select Approve on an API to grant access, or reject it. The requester sees the result as the API's status on their application.

Inspect logs ​

Select Logging. View Logs lists every request with its timestamp, verb, action, HTTP status code, environment and user. Use Search to filter the list and expand a row to inspect the request. Sensitive values are redacted before anything is written.

Manage a permission group ​

Open Permission Groups

Select Permission Groups to list the groups with their descriptions. New permission group creates one.

Open a group

Select a group. API Access lists the APIs it grants; Linked Teams lists the teams that inherit them.

Extend access

Select Add API on the API Access tab or Add team on the Linked Teams tab to extend the group's access pattern.

Register a new environment ​

Open Environments

Select Environments to list the configured environments with their gateway type and region. Switch between the list and card views with the two buttons beside New environment.

Create

Select New environment.

Choose the gateway

Choose Apigee, Azure or Gravitee and fill in that gateway's connection fields.

Submit

Select Submit. To change an environment later, open it from the list, edit the fields and Save; Delete removes it.
