API Catalog

What you can do on a product page

Depending on your role and how the API is published, you may be able to:

1

Choose a version

When several versions exist, pick the one you need from the version selector.

2

View the specification

Open interactive API documentation to explore operations, parameters, and schemas. If overlay apply fell back, a warning appears and the view is the canonical spec. The same warning can appear on an MCP spec viewer.

3

Read the changelog

When multiple versions exist, compare or read what changed between versions.

4

Copy or download

Use actions such as View Spec or download if offered, to work offline or in other tools. Download and export follow the language currently selected, including overlay remove and non-copy update.

5

Copy code snippets

Some products offer sample code in different languages; choose a language and copy the snippet.

6

Add the API to an application

Use the action that adds this product to one of My Applications.

Administrators and producing roles may see extra actions (for example assigning an API to a backend team, managing uploaded specifications, or the spec upload wizard with per-locale overlay attach/replace). The wizard blocks publish when the new version would drop a published locale or when a JSONPath target matches nothing.

Backend teams and ownership

If your organization uses backend teams, an API may show who owns or maintains it. That helps you know whom to contact for changes or incidents.
